PJB was originated from a restructuring undertaken by PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) in the Java-Bali area in 1982, through the separation of units according to their functions, which were PLN Distribution Unit, PLN Generation Unit and PLN Channeling Unit. Furthermore, on October 3, 1995, PLN undertook special restructuring on the generating sector by establishing two subsidiaries, which were PT PLN Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik Jawa-Bali I and PT PLN Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik Jawa-Bali II. In its development, PT PLN Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik Jawa-Bali I became PT Indonesia Power (IP), whereas PT PLN Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik Jawa-Bali II became PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (PJB), until now.

PJB is headquartered on Jalan Ketintang Baru No. 11 Surabaya. It has power plants spread across East Java, West Java, and Jakarta with a total installed capacity of 6.977MW. In addit ion, PJB is conducting business operation and maintenance of 5 units of thermal power plant (PLTU) through the Energy Diversify at ion Acceleration Project (PPDE), namely PLTU Indramayu 3 x 330 MW, PLTU Rembang 2 x 315 MW, PLTU Paiton Baru 1 x 660 MW, PLTU Pacitan 2 x 315MW and PLTU Tanjung Awar-Awar 2 x 350 MW. The total Net Power Capacity (DMN) in the Java-Bali system in 2014 was 31.337 MW, with PJB's DMN contribution amounting to 6,384 MW or by 20.35%.

Today PJB has power plants spread across Indonesia with a total installed capacity of 6.977MW.

Senior Specialist, I Corporate Strategic


Job Description Overview

- Develop corporate strategy and evaluate the effectiveness of the corporate strategic program
- Prepare study in determining corporate action, as well as its monitoring and evaluating
- Monitor and control the execution of ongoing investment program
- Conduct Post-Mortem Investment Analysis

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years working experience in the corporate strategic field
- Have the ability to develop a transformation execution strategy by referring to the dynamics of external and internal conditions as well as analyzing the impact on the Company
- Have the ability to formulate a corporate strategy that is integrated into decision making
- Experienced in managing corporate strategic planning/program
- Experienced in managing corporate actions (merger, acquisition, investment, divestment, etc.) and other corporate actions
- Ability to speak English actively and passively well
- Experienced working in energy company / multinational company/consultant / BUMN or similar business with PT. PJB is a value-added


Senior Specialist, I Corporate Finance


Job Description Overview

- Develop and evaluate corporate finance strategy and policy
- Develop measures to improve corporate financial management
- Prepare funding study and strategy and ensure alignment with the Company's strategy
- Provide capital market analysis and business valuation to the Company
- Develop receivable collection, debt, and equity management to be used as funding opportunities for the Company's development
- Have knowledge and understanding the cash flow management

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years working experience in the field of corporate finance
- Have the ability to analyze risk mitigation of corporate financial decisions that will be selected
- Have the ability to analyze financial reports, short-term and long-term investments
- Able to provide capital market analysis and business valuation
- Have an understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, and portfolio optimization
- Experienced in planning and managing corporate finance and corporate funding
- Experienced working in multinational company / BUMN / banking/consultant is a value-added


Senior Specialist II Marketing Planning


Job Description Overview

- Prepare business and marketing strategy planning and development
- Perform analysis related to a business opportunity
- Identify potential product
- Develop business model canvas
- Develop integrated marketing strategy and management
- Manage product branding activity

Requirements

- Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in marketing planning
- Have the ability in market research
- Have expertise in preparing business plans and business models
- Have expertise in product branding
- Experienced in market research (mapping, positioning, targeting)
- Having work experience in energy/mining / IPP / OEM company is a value-added



Senior Specialist II Project & Product Dealing


Job Description Overview

- Develop sales/product dealing strategy and offer proposal
- Perform product dealing function with a customer and prospective customer
- Manage after sales activity
- Manage customer experience activity and seek to upgrade selling from existing business contract

Requirements

- Have working experience minimum of 5 years in the field of product dealing/sales
- Experienced in managing B2B product dealing
- Have high orientation toward sales target
- Have good communication and presentation skills (Indonesian and English)
- Have the ability in product knowledge
- Have networking in government agency / BUMN / private company
- Having experience in handling large customers (government agency / BUMN / private company) is a value-added
