Manager of Digital Analytics & Performance - Jakarta

We are looking for a qualified Manager Digital Analytic & Performance to join our Digital team. You will be working very closely with the Global Analytic team and the local Digital and Brand teams. You will act as the data champion within the local organization, transforming raw data coming from different sources (e.g., listening, market research, and data platforms – Google Tech Stack) into actionable insights that will help uncover growth opportunities for the local market and help improve performance. You will contribute to the development and adoption of a “consumer-centric” mindset across the local organization and will enable the local team to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of key business priorities and questions, drivers and hypotheses
- Work with the local team to prioritize business and information needs
- Combine consumer analytics and finding across various data sources to surface insights and opportunities
- Utilize social listening to extract key insights from Social conversations and online publications (i.e., sentiment analysis)
- Leverage general reports/dashboards provided by the global team (e.g., Stratifyd, Power BI, KPI framework) to track progress towards specified business goals and tactical activities in the market
- Visualize findings, formulate actionable insights and communicate them to the local team and other respective parties
- Utilize and refine the universal tagging framework
- Conduct local benchmarking / reports
- Run local testing of hypotheses (e.g., A / B testing)
- Monitor performance and feedback on owned assets (incl. Apps) and provide recommendations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Market Research, Web / Digital / Social Media Analysis, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
- University degree in Statistics, Economics, Business or related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research, and sales reporting
- Proven expertise in digital analytics (e.g., benchmarking, hypothesis A / B testing) and reporting/data visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with Google Tech Stack (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc..)
- Proficiency with performance measurement and Social Media management tools or social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
- Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization tools, such as Optimizely is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Articulate with the ability to translate data into a narrative for a broad audience
- Detail oriented but able to see the big picture

Digital Communications Specialist - Jakarta

We are looking for a Digital Communications Specialist with the following details:

Responsibilities:
- Implement an integrated digital communications strategy that supports the business including maintaining social media presence to enhance corporate reputation and support advocacy efforts.
- Generate and edit social media content as necessary that is in line with the digital communications strategy
- Helps generate content for external digital publication that represents the company's view on relevant issues in a creative and engaging way.
- Monitoring and analyzing digital channels, including social media, external websites, and other digital media, and use the result to improve their effectiveness.
- Able to provide relevant insights in relation to digital media channels and trends that can translate into the most impactful methodology to convey the Company’s message with optimal results.
- Collaborate with agencies and consultants to ensure results are of high quality, delivered on time and within budget

Skills & Experiences:
- College / University Degree in relevant Professional qualification
- Experience in handling digital communication or PR agency.
- Excellent network within the digital communications industry
- Excellent communication skills (Both in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Strategic thinker
- Strong Project Management skills to ensure timely, effective, and efficient delivery of work
- Strong understanding of social media metrics
- Has an eye for creativity
