Sr Field Engineer - Logging and Perf
Location:  Balikpapan, JK, ID

Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, applies knowledge of Halliburton's Open Hole Wireline Technologies to independently provide a comprehensive set of basic and complex services and tool operation to customers at the well site.
- Applies engineering, mechanical and geological principles to articulate more complex data interpretations to clients from proprietary software and coaches clients through more routine drilling scenarios independently.
- Continues to learn how to interpret data outcomes with more complexity through mentorship from wireline field leadership.
- Integrates understanding of the wireline business, operational procedures, and to a lesser degree the collaboration of other service lines into guidance provided to customers.
- Provides guidance to junior wireline field professionals on delivering less complex services and tool operations to customers.

Requirements:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Open Hole Wireline field operations required.

HR Business Partner
Location:  Jakarta, JK, ID

Responsibilities:
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies to positively impact business goals by translating business strategies to deliver effective HR services and solutions.
- Transfers people management expertise to business leaders and supports experiential learning.
- Provides feedback to the Centers of Excellence (CEOs), Global Human Resources Operations (GHRO), and business unit leaders on the efficient and effective delivery of HR products and services.
- Supports the process and preparation of performance and succession planning activities to identify top talent and develop succession plans.
- Defines requirements and business needs for the development of leadership, workforce planning, succession planning, and organization capability strategies.
- Implements talent management and leadership development programs, strategies, and initiatives within the business.
- Supports organizational effectiveness (change management, team effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, etc.) by consulting with leaders to identify challenges and delivering solutions and/or engaging with other parties within HR to provide the necessary expertise.
- Partners with COE and GHRO leads to support the implementation of new policies, plans, and procedures.
- Direct management responsibilities may include coaching and mentoring people, developing and executing processes, or both.

Requirements:
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or another related discipline; MBA or graduate degree in Human Resource Management, and professional certification in HR is preferred.
- Five years of HR experience required.
