IT Staff

- Manage the operations of IT systems to ensure the systems run effectively, include the installation, repair, and servicing of computers and equipment, develop and integrate the IT systems to meet the needs of company businesses.

- The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, InformationTechnology, Computer Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Strong analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
- Proficient in MS Office

Trainer For Dealer Technician

- Conduct a technical training for dealer technician and develop technical training systems for Honda dealer technicians throughout Indonesia.

- The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working  time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical  Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Education, Automotive Engineering Education with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Multitask and manage time efficiently
- Able to conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Able to create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Must know about the automotive repair
- Experienced as a trainer or related position
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400

- Control the dealer after-sales service operations by reviewing the dealers periodically, create strategies and standardization to maintain and improve dealer performance align with the company's strategy and needs of each dealer.

SSI Staff

- Plan and executethe Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) survey to dealers, develop survey methods and procedures, analyze and report the results to management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Statistics with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)

- Proficient and thorough in data processing and analyzing 
- Preferred having the ability to use SPSS software
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
