PT Len Industri (Persero) is a Government-owned industrial electronic equipment company headquartered in Bandung, West Java. This company was founded in 1965.

At present, Len is no longer an extension of the National Electronics Institute (LEN), but has become a professional business entity called PT Len Industri (Persero). Currently Len is under the coordination of the Ministry of State Enterprises with 100% ownership by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

PT Len Industri is currently engaged in the electronics industry. The technology developed by Len has a strategic role in improving the welfare of the community which is channeled through renewable energy products. LEN also continues to actively support the country's sovereignty by providing products in the fields of defense, transportation and ICT (Information & Communication Technology).

In 2015, PT Len Industri (Persero) posted revenue of Rp 2.1 trillion from several strategic projects in Indonesia, mainly from the railroad signaling sector.

The following details the vacancy requirements:



1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
2. Preferably under the age of 35 (thirty-five) years
3. Physically & mentally healthy, attractive appearance
4. Quickly adapt, can work under pressure
5. Innovative, integrity, teamwork, fast learning, good analytical, problem solving 
6. Mastery of active English (communication & presentation)
7. Computer skills (minimum Windows, MS Office)
8. Minimum GPA of 3.00
9. Willing to undergo service ties
10. Willing to be placed in all project locations of PT Len Industri (Persero)


IT Auditor (Code : AUD)
• Minimum education S1 Information System / Information Technology
• Having work experience in the IT Auditor & Understanding ERP application
• Has an IT Audit field (preferred)
• Having the ability to plan, implement & report on audit activities
• Having expertise (specialization) in one of the fields : IT Governance, IT Infrastructure, IT Security & Network or Application Development

SAP-ABAP Programmer (Code : PRG)
• S1 education in all majors Mastering SAP-ABAP Programming
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Has been involved in the ERPSAP Implementation Project

SAP-Functional Module Specialist (Kode FMS)
• S1 education in all majors Master at least 1 of the following SAP ERP modules: PS, SD, MM, PP, QM, FI, CO, FM. 
• Having 2 years experience
• Has been involved in the SAP ERP Implementation Project


The stages of recruitment selection in 2020 are through 5 stages, namely:
Stage I: Administrative Selection. The results of Phase I selection will be announced online through the website: www.len.co.id/karir. Administration selection was carried out by Len.
Stage II: Psychology Test. Psychological tests are carried out by consultants. In Phase II Selection applicants are required to bring the documents as stated in the Document Completion & Authenticity provisions
Stage III: User & HR Interview
Stage IV: Directors' interview Stage V: Health Test
