People Advisory Consultant

People Advisory Services (PAS) shapes and delivers the part of business strategy that depends on people. As a PAS professional, you will have the opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address some of their largest and most complex people-related challenges, and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. We focus on engagements that relate to performance, talent, systems, reward, mobility and analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Management/ Human Resource/ Industrial Engineering or any related field with minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent from a reputable institution; advanced degree would be a bonus.
• 1 year of experience working in a consulting company related to strategy, human resource and change management practices or experience as a practitioner in HR functions. Fresh Graduates with strong organizational experiences are welcome to apply.
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven consultancy skills and experience working in a project/team settings
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all professional levels
• Strong logical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
• Fluency in both verbal and written English and Indonesian is mandatory

Technical skills requirements:

• Demonstrate an appreciation of key concepts and principles related to organization design, manpower planning and optimization, performance management systems, rewards and recognition frameworks, people capability assessment and development, change management. Show an ability to apply theoretical concepts in engagement settings
• Additional skills requirements
• Strong academic record including a degree
• Professional qualification in Human Resources or equivalent will be preferred
