PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama or called PT CDB is a subsidiary of PT Indonesia Power so this company is also a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero).

The company was officially established on April 15, 1998 and is headquartered in Jakarta and operates on July 1, 1998. Until now the company has developed into a solid company and has a good reputation and track record in the world of energy business in the country.

PT CDB shares are 99.99% owned by PT. Indonesia Power, which manages power plants to supply electricity in Java Bali. Indonesia Power is a subsidiary of PT. PLN (Persero). This subsidiary is intended to run a commercial business in the field of electricity generation and other related businesses.

PT. Cogindo Daya Bersama in its development has significantly contributed to meeting the electricity needs in a number of areas as well as in companies that require special energy supplies.

Experience in providing support and maintenance of energy, apparently provides enough for CDB to enter more firmly in meeting electricity needs in Indonesia.

Finally, starting in 2009, Cogindo has a 44.6 MW MFO-fueled power plant in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, which was inaugurated in February 2010. And in recent years, the trust of the holding company PT. Indonesia Power and from PT. PLN (Persero) continues to grow so that it is believed to manage (O&M) large power plants such as the Labuan 2 × 300 MW PLTU.

The power plants owned by Indonesia Power are managed and operated by 8 (eight) Power Business Units, including: Priok, Suralaya, Saguling, Kamojang, Mrica, Semarang, Perak & Grati and Bali. Overall, Indonesia Power has a capacity of 8,327 MW which is the largest capable power of a generation company in Indonesia.

SENIOR REPAIR TECHNOLOGY (CODE: TK III REPAIR)

Requirements :

• Maximum age of 35 years as of December 2019

• SMK / D3 / S1 Major: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electricity , Electronics, Energy convertion

• Minimum GPA (D3 / S1) value of 2.75 or a minimum Ijazah (SMK) of 6

• Have experience in the field of maintenance of generation of at least 2 years or 4 years in related fields (Oil & Gas, Mining)

• Having a Leadership Soul, able to think analytically and systematically


REPAIR TECHNOLOGY (CODE: TEK REPAIR)

Requirements :

• Maximum age of 28 years as of December 2019

• Vocational School: Mechanical Engineering , Automotive, Electricity, Electronics

• Average Ijazah of at least 6

• Preferably have experience in generation maintenance


K3 SENIOR & ENVIRONMENT STAFF (CODE: SENIOR K3L)

Requirements :

• Maximum age of 35 years as of December 2019

• SMK / D3 / S1 Department of Occupational Safety and Health / Chemistry A minimum GPA (D3 / S1) of 2.75 or a minimum Ijazah (SMK) of 6 

• Have experience in the same field for at least 2 years and preferably have a K3 certificate 

• Having a Leadership Soul, able to think analytically and systematically


General Requirements :

• Preferably male Physically and mentally healthy Free of drugs, other addictive substances and not totally color blind

• Able to operate Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

• Able to work multitasking and independently, highly dedicated, ready to work under pressure (target orientation)

• Not currently in the Office / Work Association with any party or willing to release the Office / Work Association with other agencies if received at the Company 

• Ready to be placed in remote locations throughout the Company's Work Units
